Paul and Beril | Sand (Nancy Sinatra + Lee Hazlewood cover)

I’ve been a fan of Beril Guceri and now-defunct Philadelphia area band, East Hundred, for a while since I discovered them as an opener at a Good Old War show. I heard this new track on Y-Not Radio tonight: a duet with Paul Cobb (from The Cobbs and Johnny Brenda’s sound engineer). It is excellent and I am hoping for some new, forthcoming material.

Take a listen below.

Blondfire | Where the Kids Are

Blondfire is one of the best up and coming bands I heard in 2013. They were excellent live at Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center in York, PA in September with Kopecky Family Band. Their new record, Young Heart, is due out on February 11.
